Your hotel address in Yangon
Chatrium Royal Lake Yangon, 40 Nat Mauk St, Yangon UNION OF MYANMAR

Check weather
Despite I email you way ahead of the weather information, weather changes these days. So I recommend you to check weather update on http://www.accuweather.com before you pack for this trip.

Check what you pack, here are some tips for you.

#1 Light cotton clothes are advisable to bring along with you and a jacket in case temperature drops or for places like air-conditioned hotel rooms.

#2 In case of rain, our buses and hotel provide the umbrellas but a rain coat and an umbrella will be useful.

#3 We will have some walks in the sun when we are visiting the temples. Your clothes should include some that cover your shoulders and knees in respect of the Buddhist temple regulations.

#4 The sun-block
, sunglasses, hat, mosquito repellent and the flash light are recommended to bring.

#5 We will visit the villages where we will walk on some uneven paths so a pair of good walking-shoes will be good for you. Anyway in other places I recommend a pair of sandals or flip-flops because we will have to take off our shoes and socks whenever we enter pagoda, temple,
monastery and nunnery.

#6
If you plan to bring “little gifts” for kids in Burma, there will be opportunities. We will visit villages and have a home-hosted dinner in Mandalay. They will love any small toys, little stationery and the small caps. Or print pictures of your house, family etc., will be very interesting for host families. My last travelers said that it’s also fun to bring “cosmetic” like lipsticks too so you can have fun. Because women here thinks your cosmetics is better, or in some area they just don’t have any.
